This guide is for buyers who need stainless steel casters for labs, medical equipment or other places where you want stainless steel. We list three stainless steel series. Below we describe each one in the words of our catalogue, and we say what to send us so we can confirm the right one.
What our stainless steel range is
Our catalogue lists SUS 304 / 316L stainless steel casters in three series. They are the S-Series Stainless Caster, the MC / M-Series Medium Caster and the L-Series Heavy Duty Caster.
The three series are graded as light duty, medium duty and heavy duty. Each has its own frame, wheel and mounting details. Check all three before you choose, because they are not variations of one product.
We do not say here that a stainless steel caster is right for your site. Tell us the conditions and we will confirm the right series.
S-Series Stainless Caster, light duty
The catalogue describes this series as "corrosion-immune light duty caster configurations engineered from top-grade sheets". It adds that the series is ideal for medical equipment and chemical labs. These are the listed specifications:
- Material: Pure SUS 304 / 316L.
- Wheel thread: TPR / Pure Nylon Core.
- Options: Swivel, Rigid, Total Lock.
The catalogue gives no load rating for this series. Tell us the load per caster and we will confirm.
MC / M-Series Medium Caster, medium duty
The catalogue describes this series as "reinforced double ball-race swivel pathways designed for material handling, trolleys, and automated production floors". These are the listed specifications:
- Bracket gauge: 3.0mm - 4.0mm frame.
- Load capacity: up to 250 KG each.
- Bearings: Stainless Steel Precision.
This is the only stainless series with a load figure in our catalogue. Tell us your load per caster and we will confirm that it fits.
L-Series Heavy Duty Caster, heavy duty
The catalogue describes this series as "thick-plated, structural anti-deflection frames". These are the listed specifications:
- Material: Heavy Gauge SUS 304.
- Wheel options: High Temp / Solid Nylon.
- Mounting type: Over-Sized Top Plate.
Note that this series lists SUS 304 only, while the S-Series lists SUS 304 / 316L. If your job needs 316L, tell us.
Stainless steel and medical trolleys
Some buyers of medical trolleys ask about stainless steel. Our catalogue also lists a separate Medical caster series, rated 50 to 80 kg. It is listed as swivel casters with top plate, threaded stem, bolt hole and other stem fittings, each with or without brake.
The Medical series is a different series from the stainless steel one. Its catalogue entry does not state a frame material. If your trolley needs stainless steel and a medical caster, tell us both and we will confirm what we can offer.
How to narrow down the series
Start with the load. The catalogue gives a load figure only for the MC / M-Series, so for the other two we confirm from the details you send us.
Then look at the wheel and the mounting. The S-Series lists TPR / Pure Nylon Core as its wheel thread. The L-Series lists High Temp / Solid Nylon as its wheel options and an Over-Sized Top Plate for mounting. Tell us which of these matches your trolley, or send a photo.
Last, tell us about the area, and we will confirm the series for it.
No product codes are printed for the three stainless series in our catalogue. So a photo, a drawing or your old caster helps us a great deal.
If you need a certificate or product documents, ask us. You can also browse other series in our caster finder.
What to send us for a quote

- The full loaded weight and the number of casters.

Request a quote on our website or message us on WhatsApp, and we will confirm the right series for your conditions.
