Kinkelder KINS’ ORANGE

This guide is for workshop supervisors, maintenance managers and buyers in the UAE who need industrial saw blades for steel tube or bar. It explains how our Kinkelder lines are organised and how to start an order from your machine.

Who we are and what we list

Al Rawaa General Trading LLC is based in the Industrial Area in Sharjah. We are an authorized distributor of Kinkelder saw blades, and you can browse the full range on our website.

The catalogue sorts the blades into colour-coded lines. Three of them are TCT (tungsten carbide tipped) circular saw blades for steel tube and bar: ORANGE, BLUE and RED. The other two are KINS' GREEN, a high-speed steel line, and KINS' YELLOW, a segmental line.

The BLUE page says that blade size and specification depend on the machine, the cutting task and the material. So start with your machine, not the colour.

Send us the machine and material details, and we will confirm the line and size. We do not pick a blade from a colour or a photo alone.

If you cut stainless, ask us about the stainless versions. Both the ORANGE and BLUE lines list stainless blades, and the RED line has Stainless Small and Stainless Large.

Tube mill cutting: KINS' ORANGE

KINS' ORANGE is the flying cut-off line. The catalogue describes flying cut-off as cutting pipes or profiles without stopping or slowing down the production line. Its examples are hollow sections, square tubes and rectangular tubes.

The line has six blades: SpeedMaster Performance, SpeedMaster, ScarfMaster LMT, ScarfMaster HT, OrbitalMaster Pro and OrbitalMaster Stainless. Each blade has its own rating rows on the line page, for example Carbon steel and Stainless steel.

If you run a tube mill, tell us the mill type, the tube shape and the steel grade. We will confirm which ORANGE blade to quote.

Tell us before you change blade name. Blades in the same line carry different ratings for the same steel. Our guide to flying cut-off blades goes through the six blades.

Stationary tube cutting: KINS' BLUE

KINS' BLUE is listed for cutting tubes, pipes or profiles on stationary and semi-automatic machines. The catalogue says these blades are known for durability and cover different steel grades and tensile strengths.

There are four blades: Stabilizer Performance, Performance, Multi Performance and Stainless. Compare the rows on the page, such as Thin tube and Multi/thick tube, then tell us your tube.

If your machine is a cold saw or a stationary tube saw, send us its model and the blade it takes now.

Solid steel bar: KINS' RED

KINS' RED is the line our catalogue lists for cutting solid steel bars or other dense metal materials. It has seven blades, including LF, MT, HT, and Stainless Small and Stainless Large versions.

The rows on this line include Low Tensile, Medium Tensile and Tight Tolerance. They compare the blades on one page. The catalogue does not give a size limit for the bar, so tell us the bar diameter and the grade.

Prepare before you ask

Keep the old blade and photograph its markings and the machine nameplate. Our saw blade enquiry checklist lists what to tell us about your machine, your material and your current blade.

If you cut more than one material, list them all and say which one you cut most. If you are not sure which line you need, tell us the machine and the material, and we will confirm the line.

The two lines not covered above are KINS' GREEN and KINS' YELLOW. You can see both on our saw blade range page.
