Rubber Sheets

This guide is for maintenance managers, workshop owners and buyers in Sharjah and across the UAE who need rubber sheet, gaskets or seals. Al Rawaa General Trading LLC is in Industrial Area 18, Sharjah. Here is what we list, what a good quote shows, and what to send us.

Where we are and how to reach us

Our address is Industrial Area 18, Sharjah, UAE. You can call us on +971 56 239 2759, or send an enquiry through our website. Our catalogue says we give quotation support for custom sizes and material requirements.

If your site is in Dubai or another emirate, send your enquiry with the details below, and we will confirm what we can offer. Prices, stock and delivery are not in this guide. They depend on the item and the quantity.

Rubber sheet in our catalogue

Our catalogue lists rubber sheet for flooring, lining, sealing and protection. It names five materials, each with its own description:

  • EPDM: weather-resistant sheet for outdoor sealing, waterproofing and insulation work.
  • Nitrile: oil-resistant NBR sheet for workshops, gaskets, pads and fuel-related environments.
  • Viton: high-performance sheet for chemical, heat and oil-resistant industrial applications.
  • NR / SBR: general-purpose natural and synthetic rubber sheet for mats, pads, lining and protection.
  • Neoprene: balanced sheet with good weather, oil and abrasion resistance for industrial use.

Names alone do not settle the choice, and two sheets with similar names can differ. Check the full name on the quote, such as nitrile (NBR) or EPDM, not just the word rubber. Tell us what the sheet will face, such as oil, fuel, chemicals, heat, weather or wear, and we will confirm the material.

For the full list of details to give when you ask for sheet, see our rubber sheet quotation checklist.

Gaskets and seals in our catalogue

Gaskets and seals are two different products in our catalogue. Our gaskets are listed as custom gasket materials for flange sealing, machinery, piping and industrial maintenance. Our rubber seals are described as flexible sealing solutions designed to help prevent leakage, vibration, dust and moisture entry.

A drawing or an old part saves time on both products. Measure the old part before you throw it away. Note the thickness, the outer size and the position of any holes. If the old part has hardened, cracked or swollen, tell us that as well.

Two guides go further. One covers what to send for a gasket or seal quote. The other shows how to measure a flange gasket.

What a good quote should show

Whoever sends you a quote, check the same few points on it. Written answers also make your own records clearer.

  • The material name. "Rubber" alone is not enough.
  • The sizes and thicknesses the quote covers, written down.
  • Whether the quote matches the conditions you described, such as oil, heat or weather.
  • Whether product documents are available, if your site needs them.
  • What you still need to send to get a custom size or shape quoted.

Check these points on our quote too. If something is outside what we list, we will say so, and we will not guess.

Give us the job, not just a product name

The most helpful thing you can send is a short description of the job. A request that says only "rubber sheet" gets a question back from us. A request that says what the sheet sits under, what touches it and how big the piece is gives us what we need.

Describe the place where the part works. A door seal, a pump cover and a floor mat are three different jobs, even when they use the same family of rubber. Say what the part keeps in, keeps out or protects. Say if people walk on it, if it is washed, or if it is outdoors in the sun.

You can see all the materials we list on our industrial materials page.

What to send us for a quote

  • The product: rubber sheet, gasket or seal.
  • The material name, if you know it, or a photo of the old part.
  • What the part meets: oil, fuel, chemicals, heat, weather, wear or cleaning.
  • The size, thickness and quantity. For a gasket, the flange or machine too.
  • A drawing, photos or the old part, with measurements.
  • Whether you need a custom size or shape.
  • Whether you need product documents.
  • Your site and contact details.

Request a quote on our website or message us on WhatsApp. You can also call +971 56 239 2759. We will confirm the right material for your job.
