Rod is a round profile and sheet is a flat one. Your drawing shows which form the part needs: a round blank or a flat plate.

Teflon (PTFE) in our catalogue
Our catalogue lists Teflon as rod and as sheet. It describes the material as low-friction PTFE for chemical resistance, insulation, guide parts and machine components.
Teflon is the name on our catalogue card, and PTFE is the name of the material. You can use either in your enquiry. Writing both is clearest.

Choose the material and the form

Rod and sheet are listed separately, so a request for "nylon" alone leaves a question open. Say rod, sheet or both. For rod, give the diameter and the length. For sheet, give the length, width and thickness. Write every size in millimetres, so nothing is read in the wrong unit.
If you have only an old part, send a photo and a note on where it sits in the machine. Put a ruler beside the part in the photo.
